Your order will be processed in order in which it was received. Your order will take up to 1 week to be processed. Once your order is processed (tumbler made), allow up to 6-12 weeks for shipping (this time may increase during the holidays. While I strive and make every effort to ensure shipping is on time, there will be occasional delays. NO REFUNDS will be given once your custom tumbler is made.

Due to the increase of orders, I will no longer be combining orders to ship in one package. Shipping will be charged for each order number.
